This is my favorite photo of the year because it shows how strong this little boy is. After being attacked he looks calm. I also like it because this boy is a warrior, he made it through the attacks.


I like this picture because the babies in the picture look really unhappy that Donald Trump is holding them and it just looks really funny.


I really like this picture because the landscape looks really nice and I like the way the sunset looks.



1. Best song of 2016

24k Magic by Bruno Mars was the best song of 2016. I think this because the song has a really catchy tune and it has a good beat to it. I was attracted to this song because my idol and her best friend dis a dance to this song and I really liked the dance. Overall, this song was number one for almost two months.

2. Best Movie of 2016

The best movie of 2016 was Zootopia. Zootopia is my number one choice because the movie was so cute and very entertaining. I chose this movie as best movie of 2016 because the two characters that get along don't actually get along in real life which was the most  amazing to me. I was attracted to this movie because my friend kept telling me to go see it and I finally saw it and I LOVED it!

3. Best News Story of 2016
 
I feel that the outbreak of the zika virus was the biggest news story of 2016. As soon as the news told everyone about zika, a lot of people were scared about getting bit by mosquitos and didn't want to be near mosquitos. This was the biggest news story of 2016 because you would her about zika non-stop on the news. There would constantly be updates about the latest outbreak of zika.

4. Most Important Person of 2016

I feel like Simone Biles was the most important person of 2016. I think this because she won 5 medals in the olympics. She is also a great role model to young children and children that are in foster homes. Biles has taught others that it's okay to be who you are and that you can be whatever you want to be in your life. She's been a great role model to everyone.

5. Biggest Entertainment Person of 2016

I think that my idol (Colleen Ballinger) is the biggest entertainment person of 2016. I think this because this year, she wrote, produced, AND starred in her own Netflix original series titled Haters Back Off. Obviously I chose her because she is my idol, but she did do some amazing things this year. I also think she is the biggest entertainment of 2016 because she is ranked as one of the moat watched people on youtube AND she is trying to make the world a a happier place.


1. One thing from my break that I will always remember is when I cracked my phone. It was Christmas Eve and my family and I all get together at my grandma's house and we celebrate Christmas there. I was trying to set my phone down on a table and I let go and my phone wasn't all the way on the table and it fell and cracked!!

2. My resolutions for 2017 are quite simple. I want to
-become physically, mentally, and emotionally healthier
-keep things positive
-put my faith first
-stop biting my nails
-maintain good grades

3. In 2017, I am looking forward to seeing my idol, Colleen Ballinger (Miranda Sings) live and hopefully getting to meet her and her family.

I think the most powerful image was the picture on 22A because it is a picture of Ian Fisher sitting all alone looking down thinking about how this is going to be the rest of his life.
