Yearbook Introduction

I think every yearbook should have these things:

1. GOOD QUALITY PICTURES with an easy to tell subject
2. the year that the year book came out/ school year
3. legible fonts, nothing too crazy
4. designated pages that show important events that went on throughout the school year
5. the spread is organized and doesn't contain a lot of chaos
6. a page where it shows the  lives of different students
7. certain colors to match the theme of certain spreads
8. legible fonts, nothing too crazy
9. spreads designed to be about all the different clubs and sports that are at the school
10. words from students and staff about the school or different things
11. numbers on all the pages
12. a page dedicated to the advisor
13. names of the people in the picture in the caption for that picture
14. pictures that are easy to see and a big enough size
15. at the back of the book, an index where you can find all the pictures that a person is in
16. a page dedicated to all the staff members (with pictures of them)
17. pages for autographs
18. words and phrases to close out the book
19. the name of the school, clear and visible
20. titles of sections to be big and bold
21. heading for every section
22. total number of students at the school
23. school location
24. volume number of the book
25. table of contents

A. What is the most powerful image from the pictures printed in the Denver Post over the three weeks they published images from the year of coverage? Why? I think the most powerful image was the picture on 22A because it is a picture of Ian Fisher sitting all alone looking down thinking about how this is going to be the rest of his life. The picture is just really moving because the way I interpret it sends me a strong message. B. How do the images work together to tell a story? These images work together to tell a story by showing Ian's journey form where he first began to where he finished his army journey. School Uniforms, Assignment 1

School Uniforms For this topic I could possibly interview a member of the board who decided to enforce the uniforms, I could interview the principal that works at the school where the uniforms are being enforced, and I could interview a staff member/ high ranked teachers that works at the school where the uniforms are being put into place.
