Front Pages of the World

1. My favorite newspaper page is the Austin, Tx newspaper because Texas is amazing and also because I really enjoyed how the format is and how good the headlines were. 
2. My favorite headline is "Immigrants In Austin Express Outrage, Fear" because it is VERY interesting and I definitely wanted to read more.  
3. The cover of the newspaper contain four stories.
4. I noticed that in most newspapers, the most important part or headlines are bigger and that they are the only ones with pictures to make them seem more interesting and entertaining to the reader. 
5. I noticed that the number of pictures for all newspapers are different. Some newspapers have one picture and others have 5. I think the number has to do with how many stories there are and how important they are. 

Notes:
- In the Bowie Newspaper, I like how I can comprehend all the things happening because I attend Bowie. I know all about all the activities that go on at Bowie, but in the newspaper, they give more details and give information that's fun to read.  In newspapers that aren't published by Bowie, I don't know what they are trying to inform me about it. 
- The thing that stands out the most in the Bowie newspaper are the pictures. I can tell everything that's going on just by looking at the pictures. 
- On the cover of the newspaper, there are only two stories but they provide a lot of good information and quality details with good pictures. 
- This newspaper can be improved by adding more stories to the cover to make it more interesting and more fun to read. Besides that, I absolutely loved the newspaper.  
- Yes, this newspaper's tile has the biggest font and it has two photos but one is bigger and more important than the other. 
- I really like Bowie's School newspaper because on the cover, it focuses on two main topics on the inside are all different and appealing.

A. What is the most powerful image from the pictures printed in the Denver Post over the three weeks they published images from the year of coverage? Why? I think the most powerful image was the picture on 22A because it is a picture of Ian Fisher sitting all alone looking down thinking about how this is going to be the rest of his life. The picture is just really moving because the way I interpret it sends me a strong message. B. How do the images work together to tell a story? These images work together to tell a story by showing Ian's journey form where he first began to where he finished his army journey.
